Back to the creative. There are several many web and graphic design companies.  One thing to keep in mind is that the talent often changes at a design firm.  When viewing a design portfolio you may want to ask yourself if the talent that created the piece that inspires you is still available.   

Choosing a designer should be like choosing an artist in that if you like Monet you might be best commissioning Monet  for your painting than perhaps Van Gogh.   Everyone has a visual style to some degree.  Although many designer can adapt to a specific need or requirement.
